How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within two working days. Your order will be sent via An Post. Once your order has been dispatched it usually takes two or three days to be delivered to Irish addresses, about a week to be delivered to European addresses and approx two or three weeks for all other countries.
How can I make a donation to Sightsavers?
If you are ordering gifts from this Gift of Sight website, you can add an additional donation before you checkout. Alternatively, you can make a donation to Sightsavers in the following ways:

BY POST: Send a donation, along with your name and address details to the following address: Sightsavers International, 98 Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
For security reasons, please don’t send cash.

Can I order for a friend/relative abroad?
Yes, we can send your card to anyone anywhere in the world and the postage cost is included in the price of the gift.
What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

Can I order if I don’t live in the Ireland?
Yes you can. Your chosen payment method will be charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Please bear in mind that postage may take a little longer for international orders.
How can I pay for my order?
You can order online with any credit or you can use your Laser debit card. If you’d prefer to order by post or pay by cheque, please call our team on (01) 663 7666 and request a printed catalogue.

Absolutely! We use WorldPay - one of the biggest and most respected online payment processors - to process our voucher sales
What do I do if the card I ordered hasn’t arrived?
The first thing you should do if your gift card hasn’t arrived is to double check the email confirmation that we sent you with the delivery address of the card.
If the delivery details are correct and the card hasn’t arrived, then please contact our team on (01) 663 7666 who will then investigate the matter for you.
